Hi, I'm new to your blog and think it's fantastic. In this post, you mention education geared to "teaching people how to live practically in a world of decreasing material wealth." Do you have any ideas along that line? I'm asking because maybe I want to pursue such an education right now! Thanks!

George Mobus

Eamoone,

The only school I knew of that was pursuing education along the lines I was thinking was New College of California. Unfortunately, they are now defunct or I would direct you there.

In my state, Evergreen State College has educational tracts that include horticulture (incl. organic farming). So you might take a look at what they offer.

Hope this helps.
