The catchy sound bite: Green Economy.
(What about a green energy boom - let GM produce wind mills etc. And most importantly, what about a green farming boom - let them sequester carbon, etc.)

Krugman at least seems to be very aware of global heating. Methinks he got some sapience - and with his funny Nobel hat he could even afford unconventional thinking.
